Our Big Island Intimate Wedding Packages are designed to make planning a small Beach Wedding for 2-25 people in Hawaii easy and stress-free for you and your fiancé while still maintaining the freedom to customize your wedding so it is unique to you.

We do not produce factory weddings or generic packages. Just as every couple is unique, we treat every individual wedding as unique taking extra time to focus on your desires and personal needs. With all our services, you have the freedom to choose from a variety of the highest quality vendors on the island instead of being forced into non-professional, in-house vendors that are often mandatory in other companies' packages.

At Vintage&Lace, our wedding coordinators have successfully executed over 100 hundred weddings and our experience and client reviews are a testimony to the quality of packages and services we offer. While others have tried to replicate our packages, they can't replicate the quality, experience, style, and creativity that we bring to each and every event.

We give you tried and true recommendations for vendors, but we do not have in-house officiants, photographers, florists, etc. because we believe you should choose from the best quality vendors in each category instead of being forced into just one packaged option.

Our packages include your wedding leis, marriage license assistance, beach permit, insurance, on-site professional wedding coordinator, our tried and true vendor suggestions, and our coordination service with your chosen vendors. Individual vendor fees are separate since they will very based on who you choose as the right fit for you.

Our All-Inclusive Intimate Hawaii Wedding does offer you the opportunity to just write one check and have the rest taken care of! In this package, vendor fees are included and we take care of making the payments to them directly.
