Initial Consultation $250 This is the perfect way to get started planning your Hawaii wedding! In a one to two hour meeting, we will discuss the details of your wedding vision and help you develop a solid plan for execution. We provide you with valuable tools and tips including a complete list of our preferred local vendors and their contact information. We will also customize a Planning Packet of important documents to help you stay on track. This includes planning checklists, budget tools, wedding day checklists, and special forms to help you interview and hire vendors if you choose to plan your wedding alone. There is no obligation to book additional services with us. However, if you do book another service of equal or greater value, your consultation is completely FREE! Venue Selection Consultation Free Do you just need help selecting a venue in Hawaii but aren't sure if you need a Wedding Planner or Coordinator yet? In this service, one of our planners can help you find the right resort, home or B&B free of charge and we will make the initial contact with the venue for you! Inquire for details. Wedding Day Coordination $800 for the complete package described below, OR $100/hour (minimum of 2 hours) Having a professional Wedding Coordinator on the day of your wedding ensures that all the time, effort, and money invested in your wedding day is well spent. We will execute the wedding day timeline to help your day flow smoothly so you can relax and enjoy! Ultimately, with this package we will help you envision the detailed design of your wedding and recommend, schedule, and hire all the necessary vendors, equipment, and supplies for your wedding day decor.
