$800 for the complete package described below:

Having a professional Wedding Coordinator on the day of your wedding ensures that all the time, effort, and money invested in your wedding day is well spent. We will execute the wedding day timeline to help your day flow smoothly so you can relax and enjoy!

Included:

• Initial 1-2 hour phone consultation or personal meeting 4 weeks before the wedding to review details and develop a customized checklist for the wedding day
• Up to Two Hours of Coordination for the Ceremony Rehearsal when requested (transportation fee may apply if more the 20 miles of travel is required)
• Up to Eight Hours of Coordination on the Wedding Day; each additional hour is $100/hour
• Unlimited email and phone consultations
• Review of each vendor contract and confirmation of important details and payment preferences
• Coordination of vendor arrivals including a printed schedule to hand out to important people
• Preparation of a Reception and Ceremony Checklist
• Preparation of a Wedding Day Schedule in 15 minutes increments
• Que all major activities on the wedding day and address any questions/issues that may occur
• Preparation of a "Wedding Emergency Kit" filled with essential items to help mitigate any potential issues

This service is designed to take the burden of the "business side" of wedding planning off of you so you can relax and enjoy! Once we have determined your needs, budget, and timeline, we will recommend ceremony and reception sites and other vendors that are the right fit for you. We will contact these vendors to inquire about your needs and report back to you with our discoveries. Then, we will book the vendors for you, file the required paperwork, and maintain contact with them to ensure they fulfill their contracts on your wedding day.

In our unique Wedding Design Service we specifically focus on all the creative elements and detailed touches that go into designing a wedding that is truly inspirational. We draw from our background in creative arts, fashion, and international travel to give you the ultimate in one-of-a-kind wedding style.

From favors and props to centerpieces and attire, we carefully put together an artistic wedding reflective of you as a couple. Ultimately, with this package we will help you envision the detailed design of your wedding and recommend, schedule, and hire all the necessary vendors, equipment, and supplies for your wedding day decor.
